I’m Danielle Gantt, a PHR-certified HR strategist with 17+ years of experience helping growing organizations build strong teams, leaders, and people practices that support the business.

At the core of my work is a simple belief: how people experience your business is your business.

My foundation is in hospitality not just as an industry, but as a mindset. To me, hospitality means welcoming people with intention, meeting them where they are, and creating experiences that feel seamless, consistent, and human.

Throughout my career, I’ve partnered with multi-unit and people-intensive businesses to build the structure needed to grow, strengthen leadership, and retain great people.

My work sits at the intersection of business strategy and employee experience, making sure what you build works operationally and works for the people inside it.
